Shanae Valigura, Founder

As the Owner and Creative Director of The Visual Cue, I strive to cater to all of my clients needs through a tailored service and know that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to design.

Backed by a Bachelor of Design and Marketing + Bachelor of Business with experience in radio broadcasting, construction, hospitality, real estate, fashion, photography, wellness, events and music, our design solutions are created with your objectives and consumer needs front of mind. This insight has allowed me to understand the wants, needs and pain-points of a variety of industries, giving The Visual Cue our point of difference.

When I’m not designing, I’m busy being a doggo mum to Winnie, our mini Dachshund, at the beach, or out in nature somewhere far away from the screen.

The Visual Cue allows me to combine my love for marketing and design; allowing me to work both practically and creatively to deliver captivating and strategy-driven design that serves with intention and purpose.

  • In short, no we don’t. There are many reasons for this which all come back to what makes a brand.

    At TVC, we consider and craft elements such as brand icons, colour palettes, secondary logos, and typography selections just to name a few. We believe in the importance of implementing a cohesive brand throughout your business, beyond just having a logo.

    Your brand is so much more than ‘just a logo’.

  • We understand that working with a designer is an investment, so we break it up into 2-4 payments depending on how big the project is.

    However, we’re flexible and are more than happy to discuss options that work best with your budget. Please note we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and commence any projects.

  • In all of our packages, 3 revisions are included.

    By starting off with a brand direction/moodboard we ensure we are on the same page before designing. 3 rounds is usually more than enough! However, additional revisions can be purchased for $110/per revision.

  • We believe in working with our clients in a collaborative sense, however leave the majority up to us.

    We just ask you are responsive to any questions we may have regarding your business throughout our process!
